Q.    What does this service cost?
A.    The service is free and is offered as an extension of our customer service.
 
Q.    How does the service work?
A.    By enrolling you will receive personalize service such as VIP appointments, special home site reservation opportunities, and home purchasing incentives. By scheduling and appointment thru the concierge service program our sales staff will be prepared in advance to address the wants and needs of your family. This will enable our team to better serve you upon arrival.

 
Q.    Can you help with financing?
A.    Yes, we do not use a preferred lender program but we can discuss many different options with you. You will be eligible however for additional assistance with closing cost when using our network of lenders.
 
Q.    I have a realtor can I still use this service?
A.    Yes.

Q.    Can you help with relocation services?
A.    We do not schedule movers or transfer utilities however our staff will be happy to provide  you with options to help make your move as stress free as possible.
